Tai Neilson teaches classes on media and technology, social science research methods, identity, culture, and globalization in the School of Integrative Studies and the Cultural Studies department. He is currently pursuing a PhD in Cultural Studies at George Mason University. He received his MA in Sociology from the New School for Social Research in New York and his BA in Sociology and Media Studies from Victoria University of Wellington. In addition, Tai has worked as a Research Analyst at the Harmony Institute and has completed research for the New Zealand Office of Film and Literature Classification.
