CS faculty Roger Lancaster recently published a co-authored Op-Ed in the Washington Post on a criminal justice case to be tried in Virginia.
In the Op-Ed, Lancaster weighs in on the existence and implications of the Sexually Violent Predators Act (SVPA), which is used by prosecutors in their argument to further detain a young gay man in Arlington, Virginia.
