Kristin Scott has received an Applied Urban Communication Research Award from the Urban Communication Foundation to assist with her doctoral dissertation research. The grant will fund her fieldwork in Copenhagen, where she will conduct research on digitally sustainable smart and intelligent communities.
She has also received a term faculty development award from New Century College. This latter award will support the development of a course for NCC called "Digital Futures."
